Registration Instructions

Download the App

  • On the Login page, tap "Sign Up Here."

  • Create Your Account

  • Enter your Email Address and Create a Password. Re-enter your password in the Confirm Password field.

  • Tap "Sign Up."

  • Verify Your Email

  • Check your inbox for a verification email and follow the instructions provided.

How to use the app?

  • When prompted, select "Perform Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)." 

  • On the "Connect Your Account" page, you’ll be asked for an activation code.

  • This custom code is included in the welcome text message sent by your caregiver manager.

  • Fill out all required fields (marked with an asterisk *) on the registration page.

  • Tap "Continue."

  • Verify Your Phone Number

  • Respond to the automated text message to verify your Primary Phone Number.
