Payroll Information (part 1)

Our agency partners with CareConnect a third-party app that will be used to request client shifts.
Within 24-48 hours of being assigned the Availability Checklist, you will receive a text from the number 35067 with a link to download the app and complete your registration.

Payday: Every Friday

Pay Period: Sunday – Saturday

Minimum Wage: $11.00 per hour

Employment Type: Hourly, at-will

Scheduling: Work schedules are based on company needs and availability
CareConnect/Shift Request
You can ONLY request shifts on a consistent, ongoing basis.
We staff our clients on a permanent basis.
Example: If you request a 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM shift on Tuesdays and Thursdays for a specific client, and that shift is assigned to you, you will be expected to work that schedule every week with that client.

Note: We do not staff for single-day or one-time-only shifts.
Submitting a request does not guarantee that the case or shift will be assigned. All requests are reviewed by administration and must be approved.
If your request is approved, your manager will contact you to coordinate the start date and time.​​
