Attendance Policies: Staying on Track

Following your scheduled shifts is essential to providing great patient care. Please contact your supervisor to report when you are running late or must call out last minute.

Payday: Every Friday

Pay Period: Sunday – Saturday

Minimum Wage: $11.00 per hour

Employment Type: Hourly, at-will

Scheduling: Work schedules are based on company needs and availability
Requesting Time Off

All time off requests must be made using the "Time Off Form" located on our Company Hub Section under the PCA Resources Tab. The PCA Resources Link is in the welcome message sent to you. (See the red arrow below)
Attendance Violations

Please contact your supervisor when an emergency arises that may affect your attendance.

All call outs the day of or before, require documentation in order to be excused.

Calling out more than 3 times will lead to disciplinary action.

No-call, no-show incidents will be classified as job abandonment and will result in immediate termination.
All time-off requests are considered pending until management provides a status update. Taking time off without prior management approval may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination. We reserve the right to deny time-off requests that are not submitted with adequate advance notice.
